FAQ


  1. Do you gift wrap? Yes we do have an option to gift wrap. Once you've chosen your candle and go to check out, there is an option for you to tick 'Gift Wrap'. Your candle will be wrapped in luxurious paper finished off with a hand tied ribbon. We also offer the option of a personalised note to go with your candle.
  2. Do you offer next day delivery? We do offer Next Day Delivery. All orders for Next Day delivery need to be placed before 2pm. For all other shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Page.
  3. What is the best way to care for a candle? Please see our Candle Care page.
  4. There is a problem with my order? We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your order. Please do email us straight away on hello@fenellabeaumont.com or visit our Contact Us page and we will do our best to rectify any issues immediately. 
  5. I'm not sure what kind of candle to buy? If you need any advice as to which candle to buy for that special person or occasion, please do not hesitate getting in touch. We're there to help you find the perfect gift. 
  6. Do you use eco-friendly packaging? We try to be as eco friendly as possibly with our packaging. Our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard, and use natural filler to protect your candle. We will continually strive to improve our sustainability.
  7. Can I return an order? Yes, everyone can change their mind. Please email us at hello@fenellabeaumont.com so that we can keep an eye out for your return. We also ask that you please return the candle in its original sealed packaging.
